Tip from Brea:

It would  be nice if I could say after all the time off work over the holidays that The Story of ME album updates for both my children became top priority and everything is up to date.  Not gonna happen!  What I did do was allow each child to go through their shoe boxes of memories for the past few months and decide what to keep or toss.  It created an afternoon of fun and realization to them of we can't keep everything.

Remember, The Story of ME is a unique baby memory album that goes beyond baby into capturing treasured moments from your child until they're 18.  Find the system that works best for you to enter the superior accomplishments, major events and special memories.  The rest should go in a matching keepsake box or the storage method of your choice.

We'd like your feedback!
After many requests of providing superior products for now through your child's youth and teen years, we'll be expanding our store to sell other great products, as well as launching an amazing collection of sports-themed photo albums and keepsake boxes.  Watch for information in our February newsletter.

Do you have favorite product lines we should consider?  If so, please submit ideas.  On March 1, 2009 we'll draw one winner who will receive a $10 gift certificate to our store.

Tip from Brea:

Two kids, a full time job, a house and pets.  Who has time to keep up after those first few months of excitement?  Let's get real!  Here's what I do:

   >  Keep a list on the refrigerator of all the pictures (or themes) you want to capture.  This allows you to scratch things off & never worry.  (Hot tip:  print a list of all recommended pictures within The Story of ME.)
   >  Keep shoe boxes in your closet for each child.  Place in photos, pictures, special treasures, etc.  Goal is - when the box gets full, it's time to organize!
   >  Using acid-free glue adhere photos & other keepsakes to pages within The Story of ME.  Use our Keepsake Boxes or Photo Albums for any overflow.
   >  Consider purchasing an empty binder in a different cover for school years or special events.  This will keep everything more organized.
