What is your return policy?
Returns on any items purchased from our web site are accepted within 30 days of shipment as long as they are not personalized. Sale/clearance items are non-returnable. There is a 10% re-stocking fee, and freight will not be reimbursed. You must call 800-508-9255 prior to sending your return to receive a return authorization number.

Once we have confirmed the goods are re-saleable, we will issue a refund check to the original purchaser. Credit will not be applied to your credit card.
What size are the pages? Every page within The Story of ME and the personalization kits are 9-3/4" x 10-3/4". The custom size is designed to maximize the amount of pictures and information you can fit on each page and still fit on a standard bookshelf.
Some of the pages within The Story of ME don't fit our family. What can we do? The Story of ME was designed to give families as much flexibility as possible, while still offering the ease of a pre-packaged product. If there is a situation our diverse pages do not reflect for you, we recommend using the Blank Pages Kit to accomplish what you're looking for.
What if I only want The Story of ME pages? While our products are custom-designed to integrate with each other, The Story of ME pages will fit inside most standard 3-ring binders. We strongly recommend measuring to be sure and ordering page protectors (different styles of 3-rings can be harder on the page holes than our design).
My child is still young and I've maxed out space in my album! The 1" binder for The Story of ME can hold many years worth of memories. However, if you choose to add multiple personalization kits, photo pages or bulky items (like cards), you may run out of space. Many families have chosen to purchase an additional fabric-covered binder with custom embroidery for older years. Call us! This option is not currently available for purchase on-line.
